Description
The project activity is the Wind Power Project with an installed capacity of 3.2 MW, enabling the generation of electricity by Wind Electricity Generator (WEG) in the State of Rajasthan by M/s Paranjape Autocast Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter PACPRIL or project participant). There are four WEGs installed with 0.8 MW capacities each. The project proponent had expected that all the WEGs would be commissioned before 31st March 2009, but due to a change in site, among these four WTGs, two were commissioned on 30/03/2009, and the rest of them were commissioned in September 2009. Location numbers 53 and 501 are changed to 513 and 514 due to a change in the location form from Chain Singh Nagar to Malunga and Badi. The land offered for 2 locations (Location no. 501 and 53) belongs to the Forest Department. Due to the code of conduct, clearance from the Forest department is expected to be delayed, and hence M/s Enercon has proposed alternative locations (Locations 513 and 514) in the Revenue land, which is already cleared by the Collector’s Office. PACPRIL has decided to go with the new site for the commissioning of the remaining two WTGs
